Fairfax Learning Solutions, LLC was founded by Kelli Fairfax, an award-winning workforce development and instructional design professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting military, government, healthcare, and educational organizations. Her expertise includes workforce development, training modernization, curriculum development, learning technologies, program management, and organizational performance improvement.
Throughout her career, Kelli has led workforce development initiatives, supported military training modernization efforts, managed federally funded learning solutions that improve performance, readiness, and measurable outcomes. Her experience includes Department of the Air Force workforce initiatives, Special Warfare training support, instructional systems design, assessment development, and stakeholder engagement.
